Dr. Anurag Pandey
Dr. Anurag Pandey is a distinguished educational leader with over 20 years of rich experience in the field of school education. With a deep commitment to holistic development, academic excellence, and values-based learning, he has consistently worked towards nurturing young minds into responsible, confident, and socially aware citizens of tomorrow. He firmly believes that educators play a transformative role in shaping not just academic outcomes, but the character and future of every child.

Academically accomplished, Dr. Pandey holds a Master’s degree in English, a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Diploma in School Management, and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. He has also been awarded a PhD in School Education, reflecting his dedication to research, leadership, and institutional growth.
His professional journey includes seven years as a classroom educator and 14 years as a Principal, along with his recent role as CEO at Mount Litera Zee School, Ahmedabad (Zee Group). His visionary leadership has driven remarkable institutional progress, including significant growth in admissions through strategic planning, innovation, and strong community engagement.
Dr. Pandey has been honoured with numerous prestigious awards such as the Vidarbha Bhushan, Maharashtra State Best Teacher Award, Presidential Appreciation Award, and the Nachiketa Award, presented by Dr. A. P. J. Abdul Kalam. His recent accolades include the Eldrok Award, Innovation in Global Collaborative Learning Award, Education Icon 2023 Award, and the Beacon of Excellence in Education – Visionary Skills of the 21st Century Award by IIT Bombay ,Maharashtra Ratna 2025.
Beyond administration, he is deeply invested in empowering educators and students alike. He has developed impactful training modules like “Creative Teachers” and “My Mind Matters,” and initiated programs such as the Budding Author Programme and “Voice and Values,” all aimed at fostering creativity, well-being, ethical thinking, and life skills among learners.
Driven by a profound passion to contribute to society, Dr. Pandey believes in giving back to the community that has shaped and supported him. This very vision led to the inception of Snithik Foundation an NGO dedicated to creating meaningful social impact through education, values, and community engagement. Through Snithik Foundation , he aspires to extend his mission beyond classrooms—building a more compassionate, empowered, and progressive society, because it’s I, You and We who build the community.
With a visionary, collaborative, and purpose-driven approach, Dr. Pandey continues to inspire change and lead initiatives that create lasting impact in education and beyond.
